Sixers starter Kelly Oubre wrecked Lamborghini after Game 2 loss.

After the 76ers' contentious loss in Game 2, Kelly Oubre supposedly had a worse night than the rest of his colleagues.

It was hours after Monday's second game that the 28-year-old allegedly blew a red light and crashed his Lamborghini, as reported by TMZ and the Philadelphia Inquirer's Gina Mizell. It appears that Oubre was unharmed because the Sixers have not announced any injuries to him in preparation for Thursday's Game 3.

Oubre "disregarded a red traffic signal" and collided with a 2023 Hyundai Elantra, according to the police, who claim the accident happened at about 1:45 a.m. Police stated that no one was injured, but both vehicles allegedly needed to be hauled from the location.

In an interview with TMZ, the Sixers acknowledged being aware of the incident. After using it to shoot images for a German-language magazine, Oubre developed strong feelings for the vehicle.

Just hours prior to the event, the Sixers had just lost in the most unexpected and contentious NBA playoff game to date. Thirty seconds before halftime, the Philadelphia 76ers held a 101-96 lead. However, New York Knicks star Jalen Brunson scored a 3-pointer that dipped inside the arc, reducing the margin to two points.

The ball was inbounds to Tyrese Maxey as the Sixers tried to get it back, but Brunson and Josh Hart got into a scrap, which caused a turnover that Donte DiVincenzo converted for a 3-pointer to put the game away.

In its subsequent Last 2 Minute Report, the NBA acknowledged that Brunson and Hart fouled Maxey in order to force the turnover.

Oubre played 26 minutes and finished with 4 points (2 for 7 from the field), 3 assists, and 2 boards. The Sixers are already behind 2-0 in the series as it travels to Philadelphia; a victory on Thursday would be necessary to stave off what appears to be an insurmountable deficit.
