Baker Mayfield practices completely; Chris Godwin and Shaq Barrett don't.

Baker Mayfield, the quarterback for the Buccaneers, has been absent from many practice sessions over the last few weeks;

however, it appears that things may be going more smoothly this week.

The practice session that took place on Wednesday had Mayfield as a full participant.

Although he suffered injuries to his ribs in Week 17 and his ankle in Week 18, he was able to play without any problems during Monday's victory over the Eagles by a score of 32-9.

While it appears like Mayfield will be able to play against the Lions on Sunday, there are a few guys on the Buccaneers who are showing more uncertainty over their availability

The following players were unable to participate in practice: linebacker Yaya Diaby (shoulder), wide receiver Chris Godwin (knee), and running back Chase Edmonds (toe). Edge rusher Shaq Barrett was also out with an ankle injury.

Two more days of practice are going to be performed by the Buccaneers before they announce their final designations for the divisional round.
