Leslie H. Wexner, the newly minted millionaire of Albany, was included on the list of Jeffrey Epstein part 2 as a direct result of a court order.

Another witness was questioned if she met Wexner or other celebrities like Al Gore or Kevin Spacey. That witness said "No" to Wexner.

Epstein and Wexner were president of The New Albany Company development firm in 1998, according to Ohio corporate records. Epstein held a King George Drive property in New Albany from 1994 until December 2007, selling it for $0 to the Wexners.

In 2020, the Wexner Foundation announced that Epstein had served as a trustee, but that he had no executive duties related to the operation of the organization.

Wexner and Epstein owned a Manhattan condominium acquired in 1989 for $13.2 million, a record for the time, by a business they controlled, according to The New York Times. The Times said that Wexner sold his property to Epstein for $20 million nine years later. Epstein lived there for years, but Wexner never did.

In 2007, when Epstein faced sexual misbehavior claims in Florida, the Wexner family decided to remove him from financial management, Wexner wrote in 2019 that Epstein stole tens of millions of dollars.

In December 2007, Abigail Wexner, Wexner's wife, founded YLK Charitable Fund, according to IRS data obtained by The Dispatch for a 2019 piece.

"This was, frankly, a tremendous shock, even though it clearly pales in comparison to the unthinkable allegations against him now," Wexner wrote to his foundation. With his reputation and trust damaged, we cut relations with him immediately. We recovered some cash."

In addition, Wexner wrote a letter to his staff in which he stated that he "was never aware of the illegal activity" that Epstein was accused of performing.
